Here's the basic information:
I'm organizing a "float" for the High Springs Twilight Christmas Parade which takes place on December 1, 2007, starting at around 6pm (line up time is 5:30pm). Essentially I'd like to get 25-30 cyclists to dress themselves and their bicycles with lights and decorations to demonstrate how much fun cycling can be for the whole family.
